If you choose to obtain a copy of DOCMaker, you will be able to open this stand-alone document, modify it, and resave it with your custom changes. Additional features of stand-alone documents can be activated as well. DOCMaker has import and export capabilities as well as many other useful tools for enhancing stand-alone documents.
One word of caution - before you launch a copy of DOCMaker on your system, check the size of the stand-alone document to be opened and adjust DOCMaker's preferred size (in its Info window) accordingly. A stand-alone document that is 500kB in size may require allocating 3 megabytes or more of memory to DOCMaker. Stand-alone documents require far less memory to launch because of their unique method of reading in one chapter at a time from your hard drive.
